Technical contracting activities for energy operating services, facility management and global service, in the Consip (National) and Regional context, aimed at issuing OPFs (promotion of the agreement, development of marketing plans, inspections, estimates and development of PSO / PDA / PTE models) ;
Due Diligence of real estate and plant assets: documental analysis, technical-administrative analysis, control and verification of compliance with current regulations;
Registry and census of real estate and plant assets;
Energy diagnosis and certification;
Energy consumption monitoring and management (EGE);
Design of LEED protocols;
BIM design and implementation;
Verification and validation of redevelopment and energy saving projects;
Development and dimensioning of training, communication and user awareness plans for the rational use of energy.
